Dance St. Louis provides the opportunity for students and teachers of dance to take classes from artistic directors, ballet masters, solo artists, and members of world famous dance companies. Registration is open to all members of the public at the appropriate age and level of dance training. Pre-registration is required because enrollment is always limited. Classes are offered on the campuses of Washington University, Webster University, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

As part of our partnership with University of Missouri-St. Louis, we will also offer two, three-week dance practicum courses, one with a teaching artist from Houston Ballet in the fall semester and one with a teaching artist from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in the spring semester. For more information about these courses, please contact the University of MO-St. Louis Office of Continuing Education.
A tentative schedule of master classes for the upcoming season is posted below. Please check with us about three weeks prior to each company’s scheduled performance to pre-register and confirm information about time, place, level restrictions, and master class instructors.
