The much-awaited 20th anniversary celebration of the SPRING TO DANCE® Festival, presented by Whitaker Foundation, will be an unforgettable curated weekend of mesmerizing performances.
The festival has evolved into an iconic platform and esteemed event since its inception.
As the Midwest region’s most celebrated dance festival, SPRING TO DANCE is packed with legendary and iconic dance companies, special moments and new discoveries that attract internationally renowned dancers, emerging companies, and festival patrons from across America. Some have graced magazine covers while others are companies dance audiences have followed for decades.
It’s an unmatched buffet of dance, featuring two days of nonstop dance.
Noted as one of the region’s must-see festivals – “arguably the best dance buffet in the Midwest” (Chicago Tribune) and “a celebration of dance and… an invitation to bask in its artistry” (St. Louis Post-Dispatch) – the vibrant dance extravaganza brings together 12 companies and more than 75 dancers from across the country.
From contemporary, ballet and modern to tap, hip hop, and flamenco, SPRING TO DANCE® offers something for everyone with a distinct, dynamic program each night.
